For Life simply exists to bring life to the hundreds of disabled children living in Thailand. These children are abandoned, living in poverty, malnourished and uncared for. With your help, we seek to change their situation, for life!

There are over 2000 abandoned disabled children living in the wards of a government institution located in Pakkred, Thailand. The scene there is one of utter despair.

Each of the 'wards' has just 2-4 care-givers. Subsequently these carers only have enough time to feed, change nappies and give quick showers to the 60-70 children in their charge. Thus, these children exist, unstimulated, rarely touched and unloved.

For Life, has been established as the UK arm of the Christian Care Foundation for Children with Disabilities (CCD), a Thai foundation who work with these children and other disabled children in Thailand. Their work is incredible and they bring love, care and lasting change to these children.

Our aim is to raise funds, profile and awareness, as well as co-ordinating events in the UK and sending out volunteer workers to Thailand, to help CCD care for these children.
